Dear colleagues!

The All-Russian public organization "Union for the Protection of Birds of Russia" is holding the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Actual problems of the protection of birds in Russia", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Union for the Protection of Birds of Russia, which will be held in person on February 11–12, 2023 in Moscow on the basis of the Russian State Agrarian University - Timiryazev Moscow Agrarian Academy.

During the conference, it is planned to discuss the following areas of study and protection of birds:

• rare, endangered and little-studied bird species;
• birds in the federal and regional Red Books (maintenance of the Red Books, experience in environmental and economic activities);
• key bird areas and problems of bird habitat conservation;
• study and protection of birds in specially protected natural areas;
• environmental awareness and education;
• problems of protection of birds in the technogenic environment;
• international cooperation in the protection of birds and their habitats.

Everyone is invited to participate in the conference.

The conference will feature oral and poster presentations (posters).

Travel expenses - at the expense of the sending organization.
