Texas Tech University (USA) will shelter Ukrainians, Russians, and Belarusians – all scholars (STEM, History, Sociology, Anthropology, etc.) who are in danger in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. Please spread this information.

If you know people who need such help, ask them to send me a CV to dr.volchenkov@gmail.com. PS TTU will support scholars via the Scholars Rescue Fund initiative. https://www.scholarrescuefund.org/for-scholars/ What those scholars need to do is to see if they fit the IIE criteria. If they fit, they should apply. They can state that they are interested in coming to TTU.

Our colleague Ilya Timofeyev timofeyev.ilya.uh@gmail.com is also working on creating a program to host scientists from Ukraine/Russia in University of Houston.
